The Loft, GOTL Brewing Company & Murphy's Pub present the first of many progressive dinners.
Begin your evening at Murphy's Pub with a Trio of Crostini paired with Hundley Cellars Pinot Grigio as your opening course.
Toasted baguette slices featuring 3 separate toppings: 1. Roasted Tomato with Burrata cheese, basil & balsamic glaze.
2. Bacon, sharp cheddar & Guinness caramelized onions with hot honey. 3. Goat cheese with Fig jam. (No Substitutions*)
*A GF / DF House Salad with be provided for those with Gluten or dairy allergies.
Next, make your way down the Strip to GOTL Brewing Company where you will have your choice of two Entree's. Paired with a "Whiskey Rebellion Tea Party" drink featuring Jefferson's Reserve Bourbon and a giveaway glass.

A Honey Garlic Glazed Salmon served with Risotto & Asparagus.

Prime Rib served with rosemary garlic redskin potatoes.
